Method:
- If you are using store bought paneer, soak the paneer in warm water for 10-15 minutes and then cube it
- Take onion, ginger, garlic, cashews and grind it a smooth paste
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add onion paste and fry in ghee for 5 minutes in low flame
- Then, add salt, garam masala and fry once again for 5 minutes till all the raw smell goes off
- Add Paneer and stir well
- Finally add milk, cream, and adjust the water consistency and keep in low flame for couple of minutes
- Switch off the flame and take the Paneer gravy in a serving bowl. The delicious Paneer in white Gravy Ready to serve!
