Neer Dosa, a very simple, yummy and sponge dosa. Somehow I missed to publish this recipe and one of my Fan in Subbuskitchen Facebook page requested this recipe and here I am sharing this quick and easy breakfast recipe. The beauty is that the dosa will be cooked in about 45-60 seconds, once the tawa is heated. We can serve this soft yummy dosa with any chutney varieties.

Method:
- Wash and Soak the raw rice in 2 cups of water for 1 hour. After 1 hour, drain the water and add it to the mixer along with the grated coconut.
- Grind the mixture to a nice paste by adding one cup water little by little in intervals while grinding. Now our batter is ready, but the batter is thick. So add 2 cups of water and make the batter to a thin consistency and add required salt. Heat a tawa and grease it with little oil and spread and wipe the oil with a tissue, then pour one ladle of batter on the tawa. You dont need to spread it as the batter is very thin, mostly the shape is uneven, we can try to make it round.
- Add little oil and cook. As the dosa is very thin, we don't need to cook the other side. Finally fold the cooked dosa like a triangle (or whatever shape that you would like to serve) and remove from the tawa. Repeat the process for the rest of batter
- Now the yummy, soft Neer Dosai are ready to serve with Chutney and Gun Powder(Idly milagai Podi)
