Ingredients:
Musk Melon / Kirni Pazham | 1 |
Sugar | 1/4 Cup* |
Lemon | 1/2 |
Ice Cubes | 5-6 |
Mint Leaves(Optional) | For Garnishing |
* 1 Cup = 250ml

Method:
- Cut the melon into halves. Remove the seeds from the center of the melon.
- Using a spoon scrap the contents of the halves and add it to the blender or juicer.
- Add sugar or honey to to the blender. Now blend the fruit to a smooth juice.
- Finally add lemon juice and blend it once. Take a serving glass and add ice-cubes and add the blended musk melon juice and serve chilled.
