Sundal powder / Curry powder is an essential ingredient in every kitchen. We can add this powder to any poriyal varieties or sundal varieties. But we need to make sure to adjust the spice that we need to add it to poriyal or sundal as this powder already have red chillies in it.

Method:
- Heat a pan and dry fry the above mentioned ingredients till the dal turns golden brown color. Remove the fried ingredients from flame and allow them to cool off
- Take the fried and cooled ingredients in a mixer
- Grind them all to a fine powder.
- Store it in an air tight container and use it for any Poriyal or Sundal varieties
