Red chilli | 60gms |
Coriander Seeds | 3/4 Cup* |
Channa Dal | 1 tablespoon |
Thoor Dal | 1 tablespoon |
Peppercorns | 1 teaspoon |
Cumin Seeds | 1 teaspoon |
Fenugreek Seeds | 1 teaspoon |
Rice | 1.5 tablespoon |

Method:
- Dry Roast each ingredient separately one by one till each ingredient becomes warm.
