Ingredients:
Raw Peanuts | 1 Cup* |
Finely Chopped Onion | 2 Tablespoon |
Finely Chopped Tomato | 2 Tablespoon |
Finely Chopped Mango | 2 Tablespoon |
Finely Chopped Cucumber | 2 Tablespoon |
Chopped Carrot | 2 Teaspoon |
Lemon Juice | 1 Tablespoon |
Salt | To taste |
Pepper Powder | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Red chilli Powder | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Coriander Leaves | For Garnishing |

- Soak the raw peanuts overnight. Next day, drain water and add fresh water. Add salt and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles or till they are soft
- To the cooked peanuts, add finely chopped onions, tomato, mango, cucumber and carrot.
- Add pepper powder, red chili powder and salt and toss everything well
- Add lemon powder and toss once. Finally garnish with coriander leaves
- Delicious Peanut Salad is ready to serve!
